Please make sure to double-check sizing, descriptions, and measurements before checking out, as I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Exceptions: I want you to love your pieces, so if there is a mistake on my end, like an incorrect item shipped, or if your order arrives damaged, I will absolutely make it right.
If either of those things happen:
- Please reach out within 7 days of delivery at contact@luckysnowflake.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the mistake.
Once I take a look, I will get a replacement sent out to you or work out a solution.
A quick note on shipping: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
